CHALLENGES
There were several challenges including two different buildings with different ceiling and floor spaces, a lack of dedicated storage space, and an inability to serve non-English-speaking patients.

SOLUTION

Our turn-key operation met all the pharmacy stores’ needs, including customized design, store fixtures and fit-outs, tailor-made display units, equipment and professional installation by our highly trained team. The design was strategically created to accommodate both English and non-English-speaking customers and patients. The display system included shelving signs for different categories like Men, Women’s Health, Kids, Cosmetics, etc. We recommended that multilingual staff communicate with non-English-speaking patients to make them feel welcome.
